Qualifications
\n
<ul>\n
<li>High school diploma/GED required; trade school, technical certificate, or associate degree is a plus.</li>
\n
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
\n
<li>Comfortable working with complex data and learning new systems.</li>
\n
<li>Intermediate Excel skills.</li>
\n
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
\n
<li>Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment.</li>
\n</ul>

Nice to Have
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Experience with data analysis, data quality, or auditing.</li>
\n
<li>Familiarity with SQL or KQL.</li>
\n
<li>Knowledge of building automation or building management systems (BMS).</li>
\n
<li>HVAC, controls, or air quality systems experience.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with fault detection or diagnostic systems.</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
HVAC or BMS experience is not required. Training will be provided, making this a good opportunity for candidates coming from a data, technical, QA, database, or building systems background.
