A dynamic premier Multi-Housing Management company that is an established leader in the national management of several housing apartment communities is seeking a Professional Property Manager for 3 small properties in Prince Frederick, MD.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
Day-to-day operation of the property
- Experience using computers, fax machines, scanners, and copiers.
- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Experience using adding machine.
- Inputting invoices for payment
- Entering payments.
- Conducting resident interviews for annual certifications
- Conducting annual unit inspections.
- Assigning maintenance work order tickets
- Answering phones
- Processing Applicants for Move In.
- Lease Renewals
- Property Inspections
- Unit Inspections
- Supervise on Site Team.
Ensure property compliance with, RD regulations, ADA regulations, and all company policies.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
Prior experience is a plus. Exceptional people skills and providing an excellent level of customer service is required while conducting business with tenants and vendors in person and must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
