Job DescriptionPart-Time Maintenance Technician (As Needed) We are looking for a dependable, handy maintenance technician to help maintain several properties, including residential homes and an outpatient program, located in Spanish Fork and Mapleton, Utah. Hours:

<li>Approximately 5–10 hours per week, as needed</li>
<li>Flexible schedule</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform general maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair household and commercial appliances/equipment</li>
<li>Maintain and repair sprinkler systems</li>
<li>Complete basic landscaping and yard maintenance</li>
<li>Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs</li>
<li>Complete routine maintenance tasks and address repair requests</li>
<li>Travel between multiple properties as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience with general building maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors</li>
