Summary:
The Solution Architect & Tactical Integrator will primarily focus on the deployment of the Tactical Identity Bridge Application (TIBA) solution produced by Tactical ID. The individual will configure, install, empower flows, maintain, and integrate the solution to enable mission owners at Fort Carson Army Post, Colorado Springs, CO. See specific responsibilities below.
TIBA Solution:
TIBA empowers continuous identity operations in challenging environments such as disconnected, degraded, intermittent, and limited bandwidth (DDIL) networks. It enables organizations to synchronize and secure identities across both core enterprise systems and edge deployments, ensuring consistent policy enforcement and secure access even when disconnected from central infrastructure
Responsibilities:
· On-Site/embedded/direct warfighter and mission user full-time support at Fort Carson.
· Daily support/work hours will match/fall into the normal battle rhythm of the mission owner staff.
· Surge support during exercises and operational events as directed by Apex Edge and Tactical ID LLCs
· Participation in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and program reviews as directed
· Day-to-day configuration management, troubleshooting, and solution sustainment
· Liaison between mission users, Apex Edge teammates, and Tactical ID team
· Hands-on operator/warfighter training
· Secure handling of Classified and CUI materials and content IAW DoW Regulations, Standards, and Instructions
Required Qualifications:
- Baseline capabilities for Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or similar field preferred.
- Ability to configure, install, enable flows, integrate and maintain TIBA solution into existing network architectures.
- Experience executing Information Technology configuration, install, and sustainment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with prospective customers and users, partners, and vendors.
- U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S. Person as defined by 8 USC 1324b(a)(3) per customer requirements.
- Must have a current Secret DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to work on a military installation.
