Title: BIM Modeler

Duration: 6-12 months contract to hire

Pay rate: $25-32/hr

We are seeking a BIM Modeler II to support the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for complex engineering and design projects. This is a hands-on BIM role focused on Revit modeling, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience working with architectural and engineering teams, and is seeking a long-term career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Create, maintain, and update BIM models and drawing packages.
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.
- Support project deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Perform model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination.
- Produce and maintain construction documents.
- Ensure BIM standards and project execution plans are followed.
- Track project milestones and communicate progress to project teams.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 4+ years of BIM Modeling experience.
- Strong proficiency with:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Microsoft Office
- Experience creating and maintaining BIM models.
- Construction document experience.
- Experience coordinating with multiple design disciplines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting MEP, industrial, semiconductor, or engineering projects.
- Experience working within architectural or engineering consulting environments.
- Clash detection and model coordination experience.
