Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers for consultations
- Guide clients through the entire listing and selling process
- Create and execute pricing, staging, and marketing strategies
- Conduct property showings and host high-impact open houses
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best results for clients
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and client communication
- Stay updated on Raleigh real estate market trends
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and sales meetings
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
- Experience in real estate sales or listing homes preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Strong listing presentation and negotiation ability
