The Role
\n
As Senior Superintendent, you will take overall responsibility for the field operations of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Manage and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
- Coordinate with Project Managers and the project team throughout the construction process
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate project logistics
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and compliance
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior leadership
- Assist with preconstruction planning, scheduling, logistics, and constructability reviews

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Experience leading projects from mobilization through completion
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project coordination
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field personnel effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience with scheduling software and standard construction technology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the project team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
