What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling pre-qualified leads and guiding them through the buying/selling process
Preparing and managing contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
Providing expert guidance and regular follow-ups to turn prospects into happy clients
Hosting open houses and giving clients insights into their local markets
Matching clients with homes that suit their needs, preferences, and budgets
What We’re Looking For:
A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to get one—we’ll help!)
Strong communication and people skills
Familiarity with the local market or ability to learn quickly
High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
