Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations by maintaining equipment, improving reliability, and promoting a safe work environment. This role combines hands-on industrial maintenance responsibilities with safety and compliance initiatives to ensure equipment uptime, reduce hazards, and support a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete work orders and document repairs using a CMMS system.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions, equipment deficiencies, and workplace risks.
- Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and audits.
- Conduct machine guarding inspections and verify PPE compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or safety-related experience.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the execution of the facility’s equipment maintenance process. The primary objective of this position is to improve and sustain the value of Company assets while increasing reliability and lowering operating costs. They work to enable the successful operation of Company equipment so that the facility can meet production requirements.
