Janitorial Supervisor – Day Shift
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and support our commercial cleaning teams.
Pay: $21.50 per hour
This is a full-time leadership position for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards, developing employees, and ensuring our customers consistently receive excellent service.

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Full-time, day shift

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial employees across assigned locations
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are being met
- Train and onboard new cleaning employees
- Coach employees and address performance or quality concerns
- Maintain appropriate staffing and assist with coverage when necessary
- Communicate daily priorities and expectations to cleaning teams
- Respond to customer requests and service concerns professionally
- Ensure employees follow site-specific cleaning procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Help coordinate supply deliveries and equipment needs
- Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and proper chemical-handling practices
- Maintain inspection reports and other required documentation
- Communicate staffing, quality, and operational issues to management
- Assist cleaning teams when necessary to ensure customer commitments are met
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable providing employees with direction and constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and make day-to-day operational decisions
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with commercial janitorial work
