We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST!</li>
<li>Affordable Housing Experience</li>
<li>LIHTC or Conventional Leasing Experience </li>
<li>Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing</li>
<li>Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases</li>
<li>Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus</li>
<li>Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability</li>
<li>Friendly, energetic, and great people skills</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends is a MUST</li>
</ul>
