An apartment community in Holiday is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and resident relations. You will work closely with the Property Manager to help drive occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.

Post rents, process payments, help manage delinquencies, and support collection efforts.

Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate status updates to residents.

Help prepare reports, maintain accurate resident files, and support compliance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
Qualifications

1–2 years of property management, leasing, or related experience preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer‐service skills.

Comfortable using basic office software and property‐management platform
