Job DescriptionLong Cove Club is seeking a Tennis Court & Facility Maintenance Associate to join our team. This hands-on position is essential to ensuring our clay courts and tennis facilities remain in top condition for our members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to assist in the pro shop when needed.Court & Facility MaintenanceGroom clay courts daily, including brushing and lining courts twice per dayOperate court roller and maintain court playabilityClean court benches, tables, chairs, and walkways regularlyEmpty court trash cans and remove debris from facility groundsInstall and remove windscreens as neededPerform minor repairs to fences, windscreens, nets, and court equipmentPaint court fences and maintain facility aestheticsKeep maintenance building clean and organizedPro Shop SupportOpen and close the pro shop according to scheduled hoursReserve courts and manage scheduling for membersAnswer phones, check messages, and respond promptly to inquiriesNotify tennis professionals of schedule changesCommunicate court conditions and weather-related updates to members via phone and ForeTeesProcess financial transactions accuratelyMonitor court play and assist with tennis ball machine setupPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBasic mechanical aptitude for minor repairsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPrevious experience in tennis court maintenance or facility upkeep preferredValid Driver's License requiredAdditional Perks for All Team Members:Travel pay: $7/day, up to $150/monthLimited golf privileges & pro shop discounts401(k) with up to 6% employer match (after 6 months)Team Member of the Month & Year awards (with monetary bonuses)Team Member appreciation events & activitiesHoliday fund bonusFull-Time Benefits (eligibility begins the 1st of the month after 60 days):Medical & Vision Insurance at competitive ratesFREE Dental Insurance100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life Insurance optionsPTO: 128 hours of vacation and sick/personal time per year, plus 6 paid holidays (PTO begins accruing after 90 days)Health Savings Account (HSA)Join Long Cove Club and help us create exceptional experiences every day.
