Compensation:

$100,000 - $250,000+

Responsibilities:

Drive sales by actively engaging with clients and providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process.
Leverage our Zillow Preferred/FLEX team status to manage and convert a steady stream of new leads into successful transactions.
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate property valuations and informed advice.
Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and conditions in each transaction.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulatory changes to offer clients up-to-date insights and guidance.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

Real estate experience of 2+ years is a PLUS!
Full-time work including evenings and weekends.
Current real estate license.
Tech-savvy with an easy ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive, can-do, growth mindset.
Familiarity with the Seattle area real estate market.
Customer service background and sales skills.
Hard-working and willing to learn and do the work to make life-changing money to support your dreams and lifestyle for you and your family.
