A national company with a facility in the McElhattan, PA area is currently seeking several Maintenance Supervisors for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Maintenance Supervisors looking for a company that is rapidly growing, known for investing in its people, technology, and long-term advancement opportunities.

Maintenance Supervisor rates are anticipated to be $85,000 to $110,000 based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Local candidates are preferred, but relocation assistance is available for well-qualified candidates.

Qualified Plant Maintenance Supervisors will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of recent / relevant supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as MP2, SAP, or EAM preferred.
• Preventive maintenance and asset management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel).
• Must be able to work in the United States - no sponsorship / visas will be considered.
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
