Hiring for Test Technician
You'll play a critical part in preparing, coordinating, and executing engineering validation tests while supporting engineers in a fast-paced laboratory environment. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge equipment, analyzing data, and helping turn ideas into successful products.
Required Skills:
- Able to read and interpret blue print
- Read and interpret engineering sketches or drawings
- Strong computer etiquette
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities to support engineering projects.
- Schedule upcoming tests and ensure equipment is staged and ready for execution.
- Organize, maintain, and manage test fixture inventory.
- Conduct engineering tests and laboratory analyses under the guidance of Engineers and Technical Advisors.
- Collect, record, and prepare test results for reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and leadership to identify issues and contribute solutions.
- Assemble, orchestrate, and execute validation testing and support overall test lab operations.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
