Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Enhance Resident Comfort: Resolve community maintenance requests promptly, diagnosing and fixing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues to keep homes running efficiently.
- Master the Crafts: Utilize your diverse skills in carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting to refresh, refurbish, and beautify our community spaces.
- Drive Preventative Care: Collaboratively execute a proactive, supervisor-led preventative maintenance program to safeguard infrastructure and prevent system failures.
- Collaborate & Lead: Partner seamlessly with external contractors and internal teams, operating company vehicles (trucks, quads, and golf carts) safely and professionally.
- Ensure Community Safety: Support the community during winter weather with proactive snow removal and provide critical, reliable support during rotating after-hours emergency calls.
