<li>Clean and maintain all common areas</li>
<li>Vacuum carpets and keep floors clean and presentable</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize restrooms</li>
<li>Laundry duties as needed</li>
<li>Clean windows and other interior surfaces</li>
<li>Sweep, mop, and maintain various flooring types</li>
<li>Prepare and clean apartment units for resident turnover</li>
<li>Assist maintenance staff with various tasks as needed</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory</li>
<li>Perform other general cleaning and property-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:

<li>Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li>
