Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ Commission-Based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homebuyers
• Understand buyer needs and goals
• Show homes and guide buyers through the process
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Manage clients from consultation to closing
• Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems
• Work with lenders and other transaction partners
• Provide excellent customer service
• Attend sales training and coaching
• Build referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Real Estate License – Required

• Located in or able to serve the Atlanta, GA market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology
• Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
