Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – 3rd and 2nd Shift
We are hiring a Industrial Maintenance Technician with 1–3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated machinery. This is a great opportunity to work in a highly automated, fast-paced manufacturing / logistics environment featuring robotics, conveyors, PLC systems, and automated packaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial machinery and automated equipment
- Diagnose issues with PLC-controlled systems, robotics, motor drives, and automation controls
- Maintain and repair production equipment including:
- Conveyors, palletizers, robotic cells, AGVs (automated guided vehicles)
- Case sealers, tray wrappers, flow wrappers, heat tunnels
- Baggers, printers, weigh scales, balers, pallet wrappers
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Utilize CMMS systems (UpKeep or similar) to manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, and needed improvements
- Operate forklifts and assist with equipment setup as needed
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of maintenance mechanic / industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting experience in:
- Technical school certification
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Automation equipment
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume industrial environment
- High School Diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57200.00 - $57200.00/yr.
