Everhart Architecture Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to take ownership of residential projects from field documentation through completed construction documents while serving as the firm's technical leader alongside the owner.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $115,000 base salary
Responsibilities:

Lead residential projects from concept through construction documents.

Deliver accurate, high-quality, and buildable drawing sets.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure technical excellence and quality across all projects.

Mentor team members and support production leadership.

Solve complex design and constructability challenges.
Qualifications:

Architectural license preferred.

5+ years of residential architectural experience.

Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing.

Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software.

Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
