Job Description
Overview: 
We seek a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician for our 250-unit apartment complex. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience as a multifamily technician. In addition:
<ul>
<li>Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, including complete system replacement and electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance</li>
<li>Complete work orders</li>
<li>Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call)</li>
<li>Turn vacant units</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining the grounds</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly</li>
</ul>
Licenses and Certifications:
<ul>
<li>EPA (Required)</li>
<li>HVAC (Required)</li>
<li>Driver's License (Required)</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>2 years of multi-unit apartment property experience (Required)</li>
</ul>
