Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in exterior projects. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from before the crew arrives, through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive profitability, foster strong client relationships, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all construction efforts.
Duties
- Manage project execution from day of install to finish, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and schedule milestones.
- Control costs through diligent budget tracking, change order management, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Pick up and deliver materials for crews throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Some experience with roofing or siding is REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable walking on roofs and climbing ladders.
- Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
- Knowledge of construction management principles like resource allocation, and quality control.
