Hiring: Big Data Engineer | Rockville, MD / Tysons, VA

Seeking 5+ years of hands-on Big Data experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Trino, SQL, Python/Scala, and petabyte-scale data processing.

Strong AWS experience with S3, EC2, EMR/SMR, plus Spark performance tuning, data skew, partitioning, resource optimization, and production pipeline troubleshooting.

AI development tools experience (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ChatGPT, Claude) and Financial Services experience are highly preferred.
