Currently we are looking for a Facility Maintenance Team Member. This position will provide the successful candidates with the chance to apply skills and work as a team within a clean and safe environment.

Position Summary

The Facility Maintenance position performs a variety of routine and skilled tasks involving general maintenance of the building facilities, equipment, and grounds to keep the facility fully operational.

Job Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures.
• Performs repairs, renovations or preventative maintenance on building, equipment, machinery, or components, etc.
• Schedule renovation or repair activities with subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance on building, equipment, machinery and components, fire and alarm system, HVAC as required.
• Perform predictive and scheduled maintenance.
• Meets deadlines and objectives
• Follows all environmental procedures concerning spills, containment and disposal of any hazardous materials.
• Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 1 years experience with building, equipment, and car and truck maintenance.
• Ability to understand Blueprint reading, electrical circuitry, preventative maintenance, etc.
• System location and operation for fire and alarm system, HVAC etc.
• Skills to properly use equipment and tools, ability to repair, renovate or perform maintenance.
• Ability to drive forklift and operate over head crane
• Welding and Fabrication Experience

This position requires that the employee be able to move and transport plastic parts that generally do not exceed 10 pounds, without requiring assistance such as a dolly, forklift, or another team member. This position also includes frequent and prolonged periods of standing/walking, pushing /pulling or moving/lifting supplies. This position experiences frequent/occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, repetitive motion and gripping. Must comply with all safety requirements including use of the personal protection equipment required for this position.
