We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team.
Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion and go-live of apps that support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
We are looking for Engineers who can:
- Serve as the Technical Lead for a critical modernization and remediation initiative.
- Lead a team of engineers while remaining actively involved in software development.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.
- Drive architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Lead application modernization efforts and legacy system integration initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and distributed services.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Participate in planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks; as well as define problems, and develop methods to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Ensure the relevant coverage by unit tests and automated testing routines.
What makes you stand out from others
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience building REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong SQL and database design experience.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Progress OpenEdge / Progress 4GL (ABL).
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
- Financial Services, Insurance, Trading, or Enterprise Systems experience.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kafka or messaging platforms.
