The IT Director will lead a small internal IT team of three professionals and be responsible for the overall technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendor management, and user support functions of the agency. This role is ideal for a technology leader who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and support services.
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain and improve Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, and endpoint management.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
- Create and implement technology roadmaps aligned with agency goals.
- Support AI and automation initiatives that improve business efficiency.
- Ensure business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are maintained.
- Partner with department leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.
