The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support equipment repairs and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues.
- Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Assist with equipment installations and general facility maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to identify mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work full-time on 1st shift.
