We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Services Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Salt Lake South Territory.

Full-Time Position

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support janitorial employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure facilities meet company cleaning and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on any issues.
• Train and assist new employees with cleaning procedures and company expectations.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, and clients professionally.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and staffing needs.
• Help coordinate coverage when employees are absent.
• Report maintenance, supply, or cleaning issues as needed.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and facility contacts.
• Travel between locations within the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility services.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver?s license.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be comfortable working in different commercial facilities and conducting inspections.
• Flexible and dependable with schedule availability.
