Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 AM-8:00 AM
Pay: Up to $29.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring facility operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, retrofits, and improvement projects.
- Complete maintenance documentation and work records accurately.
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Support other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in a technical field, related certification, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to commute to Osceola, WI. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.
- Relocation assistance is not available.
