Shift Time: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Responsibilities
· Perform activities in compliance with Discipline Development Plans (PVP, DVP, warranty etc.)
· Review and follow Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications;
· In charge of the robust design for testing setup and management of test time
· Conduct testing in the customer, ISO, and internal requirements
· Follow Standardization rules for all customer based requirements
· Follow 5s standard
· Follow Safety standard
· Complying with Disciplines processes and Design Rules:
· Test bench build up for ENV testing
· Setup chamber environments based on specifications needed to test
· Understand harness routing and basic connections from product to test equipment
· Understand Vibration, mechanical, environment, Tensile etc. testing and data collection
· Support Discipline design simulations/coding/validation;
· Support Discipline Validation in problem solving data collection and organization including
· Support with 5w2h for problem solving
· Support test bench debugging
· DVP&R updates follow up daily during on-going testing
Other Specifications
· Strong communication
· Strong Verbal and writing skills, Team player, adaptability for quick changes in direction, fast paced environment
· Basic understanding of Lab-View
