We’re partnering with a large, established industrial manufacturer looking to add an experienced Maintenance Manager to its operation.
This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for keeping critical plant equipment and infrastructure operating safely and reliably. You’ll lead an experienced maintenance team, oversee major maintenance projects and outages, and play a key role in improving equipment reliability and preventative maintenance.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of mechanical maintenance personnel and skilled trades.

Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance across plant equipment and infrastructure.

Manage maintenance activities involving boilers, furnaces, piping, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other mechanical systems.

Coordinate equipment repairs, planned outages, shutdowns, and larger maintenance projects.

Drive equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime through stronger preventative maintenance practices.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment issues alongside maintenance personnel and operations.

Manage maintenance priorities, labor resources, contractors, and project schedules.

Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and other plant leadership.

Ensure maintenance activities meet plant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For

Maintenance leadership experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience managing skilled trades, maintenance technicians, or industrial mechanics.

Strong mechanical maintenance background.

Experience with boilers, furnaces, industrial piping, or other relevant heavy industrial systems.

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, rotating equipment, and preventative maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project management abilities.

Experience supporting outages, shutdowns, or major equipment maintenance projects is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
-
$110,000–$125,000 base salary.

Short-term incentive bonus tied to performance, plus additional operations incentive opportunities.

401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% of monthly base salary.

Additional company-funded retirement account on top of the 401(k).

2 weeks PTO prorated during year one, increasing to 3 weeks beginning January 1 of year two.
