We’re looking for an organized, curious Office & Projects Coordinator to help keep our team connected and our day running smoothly.
You’ll get involved in everything from planning team events and welcoming clients to supporting projects and creating presentations. This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate interested in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, or operations. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
Duties:
- Help coordinate team events, client meetings, lunches, and special projects.
- Create and update presentations, spreadsheets, and other team materials.
- Welcome visitors and help deliver a friendly, professional client experience.
- Keep calendars, meeting details, and project deadlines organized.
- Research ideas, vendors, and resources for upcoming initiatives.
- Support onboarding by preparing materials and helping new employees get settled.
- Handle everyday administrative tasks while finding ways to make things run more smoothly.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, dependable approach.
- Good organization and the ability to follow through.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to ask questions, learn new tools, and take initiative.
- Experience balancing responsibilities through school, work, clubs, sports, or volunteering.
