Key Requirements

<li>5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience</li>

<li>2+ years in a senior QA role</li>
\n
<li>Strong expertise in test automation frameworks</li>
\n
<li>Experience with API testing and performance testing</li>
\n
<li>Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</li>
\n
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
\n</ul>

Responsibilities
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Define and lead QA strategy and quality standards</li>
\n
<li>Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites</li>
\n
<li>Improve test coverage and drive shift-left testing</li>
\n
<li>Manage release quality gates and sign-off processes</li>
\n
<li>Track defects and report quality metrics</li>
\n
<li>Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams</li>

<li>Agile/Scrum experience</li>
