Quality Assurance Specialist – Argent Credit Union

Do you take pride in getting every detail right? Argent Credit Union is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our member accounts and loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead our daily quality control efforts by:
• Reviewing reports, account and loan documents, and file maintenance changes
• Identifying policy exceptions and following up until each issue is resolved
• Managing safe deposit box billing and renewals
• Completing research and requests in our FIS and check systems
• Assisting with annual branch audits
