TouchDown Pest Control is hiring an experienced California Branch 3 Field Representative to help grow our termite division.

This is a newly created role focused on residential and commercial termite and wood destroying organism inspections. A significant portion of appointments will be generated through established referral partnerships, existing TouchDown customers, and our growing network of commercial and real estate relationships.

We are looking for someone who can step into the role and operate independently from day one. This is not an entry level training position.

What You’ll Do

● Perform thorough termite and WDO inspections and complete accurate California compliant reports, diagrams, recommendations, and estimates

● Identify termite activity, damage, conducive conditions, and appropriate treatment or repair solutions

● Clearly explain findings and recommended work to homeowners, referral partners, real estate professionals, and commercial customers

● Present and sell termite treatments and repairs while managing your field inspection schedule

Minimum Requirements

● Current California Branch 3 Field Representative license

● Minimum 2 years of professional termite inspection experience

● Proven ability to independently complete inspections, reports, diagrams, estimates, and treatment recommendations

● Strong knowledge of drywood and subterranean termites, WDO conditions, treatment methods, and repair recommendations

● Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

● Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

● Ability to safely access attics, crawl spaces, and other confined inspection areas
