NOW HIRING: Experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant
Austin, TX Area | Weekly Pay

We are actively interviewing experienced Leasing Specialists to join our growing Property Management team in the Austin area. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and experienced in apartment leasing, we want to hear from you.

Weekend availability is preferred — leasing professionals thrive on weekends!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Knowledge of apartment leasing and Fair Housing regulations
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Professional phone etiquette and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
Experience with property management software such as:

• YARDI
• MRI
• OneSite
• ResMan
• BlueMoon

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tours for prospective residents
• Assist with leasing applications and resident qualification processes
• Prepare leasing documents and maintain accurate records
• Collect rent payments, deposits, and application fees
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Communicate property updates and community information
• Monitor and maintain shared community spaces
