What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our facility safe, clean, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct daily facility inspections to identify and address potential issues.

Complete work orders while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Assist with general carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety regulations, and infection control policies.

Assist with general landscaping, groundskeeping, and debris removal.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field (healthcare setting preferred but not required).

Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong resident and staff safety commitment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
