Brookside Properties is seeking an EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vetra Drake's Creek, a beautiful apartment community in Hendersonville, TN.

What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain community buildings and common areas
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
- Follow all safety standards and maintain company equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
