About the Role

This is a high-ownership full-stack role for someone who likes owning a thing properly, from scoping messy business problems with customers through to shipping.
\n
\n
The product is used by thousands of people across lots of different roles and permissions. You'd own a core part of it end to end.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Own a core product area across the backend, data models and frontend
- Work directly with customers to turn problems into real product
- Make architecture decisions that shape how the platform scales
- Help raise engineering standards across a small, fast team
\n
\n

\n
You'll Be Great At This If You
\n
- \n
- Have 5+ years shipping complex systems
- Have a degree in Computer Science or other relevant techical subject
- Are comfortable across the full stack or on the backend
- Enjoy talking to customers and do it well
- Have done well in small, autonomous teams
- Like using the newest AI coding tools
