What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community operating at its best and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests
- Maintaining apartment homes and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintaining common areas and grounds appearance
- Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs
- Monitoring inventory and maintaining tools and supplies
- Working closely with property management and onsite teams
- Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

Skills & Experience Preferred
Experience with:
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical systems
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry
- General maintenance
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Property maintenance operations
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
