Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality control measures.
• Perform routine tests and measurements to verify product specifications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and protocols.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
• Experience with IATF 16949
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality control role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

You should be proficient in:

• IATF 16949
