Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Saint Paul, MN! We are looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who can handle apartment repairs, complete maintenance requests, and help keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
- Complete apartment maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Perform apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, and unit preparation.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
- Maintain common areas, building systems, and the overall appearance of the property.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment.
- Assist the property management team with daily maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance or residential maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work orders and complete tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- $28–$31 per hour, depending on experience.
