You don’t need previous Sports & Entertainment real estate experience to get started. You’ll receive step-by-step training, mentorship, and guidance designed to help you understand this specialized market and learn how to develop the right relationships over time.

You’ll learn how to identify and connect with athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth clients, work with buyers and sellers on luxury and premium properties, and build a professional network within the sports, entertainment, and luxury communities.

You’ll also receive lead generation guidance and ongoing support to help you develop a client base and build credibility within the market.

A high commission split gives you the opportunity to keep more of what you produce, with commission income tied directly to your results.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, and there is no office requirement. You can work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Candidates may already have a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth clients to expand your professional network.
  • Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers in the luxury and premium property market to drive sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously enhance your knowledge of the Sports & Entertainment real estate market.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote properties and attract high-profile clients.
  • Utilize lead generation tools and techniques to build a robust client base and increase your market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved in transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Proven track record of providing expert advice and support throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Strong collaboration skills to share insights and strategies with team members, fostering continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry developments to offer clients the most current advice is preferred, but not required.
