Duties and Responsibilities:

Familiarity with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
</li>
<li>
Maintain the facility in a home-like environment for our residents
</li>
<li>
General maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repairs
</li>
<li>
Excellent budgeting, record keeping and ability to submit detailed repair reports
</li>
<li>
On-call responsibilities to respond to facility needs to maintain the safety of the grounds, residents and staff
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>

High school degree or equivalent
</li>
<li>
Valid drivers license
</li>
<li>
Excellent customer service skills
</li>
