Job DescriptionPredictive Maintenance Specialist&nbsp;
Move client maintenance teams from fixed schedules to condition-based work driven by real-time machine health data.
What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Set up condition monitoring routes, alarm thresholds and asset criticality rankings</li>
<li>Interpret vibration, thermal, ultrasound and oil analysis data alongside AI anomaly alerts</li>
<li>Link alerts to work orders in the client's CMMS/EAM</li>
<li>Coach in-house maintenance techs on predictive workflows and digital twin dashboards</li>
<li>Track and report avoided downtime and maintenance cost changes</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability, 2+ in predictive/condition monitoring</li>
<li>Vibration Analyst Category II (ISO 18436) or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience with a CMMS/EAM such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Fiix</li>
<li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment</li>
</ul>
Nice to have: CMRP certification, infrared thermography Level I/II, experience with Augury, SKF, Emerson AMS or similar platforms.
