Cimarron Pointe Care Center is looking for a dependable and experience Maintenance Director to oversee the daily maintenance, repairs, and safety of our facility while leading our maintenance operations.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building, equipment, and grounds.
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Life Safety Code requirements.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
</li>
<li>
Assist with emergency repairs and participate in the facility’s emergency preparedness program.
</li>
<li>
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
</li>
