- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting (Windows, printers, software)
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Active Directory user support (password reset, access issues)
- Hardware installation and configuration
- Ticketing tools and good communication skills
- Network-related issues in an onsite environment.
