We’re Hiring: Senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Server DBA with strong expertise in Azure Database Services, SQL Data Modeling, and ETL Development to support enterprise database modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration processes.

\n

• Administer, monitor, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases.

\n

• Develop logical and physical database models and maintain data integrity.

\n

• Troubleshoot ETL jobs, database performance issues, and production incidents.

\n

• Support database modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

\n

• Implement database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.

\n

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

\n

\n

\n

Required Skills:

\n

\n
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Database Administration (DBA), primarily working with Microsoft SQL Server, database management, data warehousing, and ETL development.

\n

• T-SQL: 8–10 years

\n

• ETL Development (SSIS): 6–8 years

\n

• PowerShell: 5+ years

\n

• Azure DevOps: 5+ years

\n

• Scrum/Agile: 5+ years

\n

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and optimization.

\n

• Hands-on expertise in Azure Database Services, data warehousing, and logical/physical data modeling.

\n

• Experience with ETL migration from on-premises environments to the cloud.

\n

• Knowledge of SSRS, database security, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.

\n

\n

\n

⭐ Preferred: Experience with CEDS, SLDS, or large-scale education data systems.
