Senior Project Manager (Commercial) – Goodyear, AZ
Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager on behalf of a respected electrical contractor delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
- Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Stable employment history with progressive career growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000
